Job Title: Day Surgery Registered Nurse (Pre Op/Post Op RN)
Schedule: 4–5 days/week |
Shifts:
07:00–15:30 or 07:00–17:30
Provide high-quality nursing care to surgical patients in Pre-Operative and Post-Operative (Pre Op/Post Op) phases within a day surgery environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in Pre Op and Post Op settings
- Prepare patients for surgery and monitor recovery
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth OR workflow
- Maintain efficiency and patient throughput in day surgery unit
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and ensure safe discharge
- Experience in Pre Op/Post Op or Perioperative care
- Experience in one or more specialties:
- Orthopedics
- General Surgery
- Urology
- Gastroenterology (GI)
- Podiatry
- CNOR certification
- Strong teamwork and ability to maintain OR efficiency
- Scrubs provided
- Fast-paced, team-driven surgical environment
