Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PCU/RN to join our healthcare team. The PCU/RN will provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, monitoring their condition and administering medication as needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assessing and monitoring patients' condition
Administering medication and treatments
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care Keeping accurate and detailed patient records
Assisting with emergency procedures as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Current RN licenseBLS and ACLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of PCU experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
