Requirements:

• Current unencumbered RN license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
• AHA ACLS required
• Recent Epic experience required
• Orthopedic and Bariatric experience preferred
• Experience with telemetry monitoring required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to acutely ill adults and those requiring surgery.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies.
