Cardiac Cath Lab RN - Corvallis

Jogan Health is looking for a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a temporary assignment in Corvallis, Oregon.

Title: Cardiac Cath Lab RN
Location: Corvallis, OR
Pay Local: $80/hr
Pay Traveler: $65/hr + Travel Stipend + $55 Per Diem days worked + Lodging Provided
Pay Traveler No Per Diem: $70 + Travel Stipend + Lodging Provided
Schedule: Days (0800 - 1630) Rotating Weekends
Contract Type: 13 week assignment

• Assesses, utilizing age specific data, the patient’s physical, psychosocial, and spiritual status in a comprehensive manner.
• Performs initial assessment and completes required documentation within organizational standards.
• Performs and documents ongoing assessments including observation, physical examination, laboratory/test results, and patient response to procedural intervention.
• Participates in the identification and clarification of patient needs, as evidenced by participation in multidisciplinary care planning, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Reviews and revises plan of care according to change in patient’s status.
• Assists other staff in the delivery of patient care, as appropriate.
• Incorporates patient teaching/discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge.

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level American Heart Association BLS required upon submission.
• ACLS required upon submission.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.
• One (1) year experience or training in a Cath Lab/Angio hospital setting preferred.
