Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation

Job Type: FULLTIME | NIGHT SHIFT – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; $6,000 Sign‑On Bonus (2‑yr Commitment)

Full‑time, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Perform accurate patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care tailored to each patient's condition and age.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation related to medical necessity.
• Review and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.
