Travel RN - ICU

Overview

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel contract in Oregon, requiring a minimum of 3 years of ICU experience and an active OR RN license.

• Active, unencumbered Oregon (OR) RN license currently in hand
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider level), ACLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Preferred certifications: PALS and TNCC
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing)

• Hospital-based Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Cares for acutely and critically ill patients at high risk for life-threatening health problems
• Intensive monitoring, assessment, and intervention are core functions of this unit
• Night shift schedule: 1900–0730
• Rotating weekend requirement
• 13-week contract
• Provides direct care to critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring, assessment, and intervention
