Registered Nurse - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (Nights)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights, rotating weekends

The LDRP team offers comprehensive labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care in a family-centered and medically safe environment. You will work alongside a highly trained team of nurses and medical staff to provide exceptional care to mothers and infants.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to laboring mothers, including triage, labor, and delivery support.
• Manage postpartum and nursery care, ensuring the well-being of both mother and newborn.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe and effective delivery and recovery processes.
• Assist in the stabilization of high-risk neonates as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS and NRP certifications required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in triage, labor and delivery, and postpartum care required; nursery experience preferred.
• Basic fetal monitoring skills preferred.
• STABLE and perinatal-related RNC certification preferred.
• Previous experience in stabilization of high-risk neonates preferred.
