Starting from $44.73/hr – $60.34/hr (based on licensed experience).

• Assess and address resident needs while developing personalized care plans.
• Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff, ensuring the highest level of care delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by facility management.

• Valid and active LPN license in Oregon.
• Availability to work 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
• Experience in long‑term care preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
