An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Primary Care APP team.
Team-based primary care model- Support-style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel
- 16–18 patients/day target
- EPIC with AI scribes
- Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed.
- 1:14 days weekday call
- 1:12 weekend call
3+ years primary care experience Comfortable practicing independently
- RVU bonus opportunity available
- $10K sign-on bonus
- $10K relocation assistance
- CME allowance + licensure reimbursement
