This is a part-time cooking job for on-site and off-site events with 10-500 guests. Potential for full time after trial period.
Qualifications- Catering specific experience required.
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and catering-specific methods.
- Excellent knife skills.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to follow and scale recipes.
- Front of House experience preferred.
- Prepping food from scratch for events ranging from 10-500 people.
- Collaborating with the other cooks to complete prep lists daily.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning lists.
- Load and unload the van with hot food and equipment.
- Travel to offsite events - set up buffet, serve customers, break down.
- Schedule will vary.
- Must be available weekends.
