Job Description

Optimize sales with our customers focusing on maximizing in-store visibility of our products. Deliver field KPIs and annual objectives.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez visit method.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelez IMPULSE products (gum, candy) in checkouts and in-store impulse locations (linear shops, contact points, additives).
• Follow checkout implementation plan guidelines negotiated by Mondelēz sales representative, ensuring competition respects it; inform sales rep and store employees of any issues.
• Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions.
• Follow the daily route planning from operations team for efficient in-store service.
• Optimize seasonal sales and support implementation of seasonal campaigns in-store visibility.
• Represent Mondelēz International to in-store employees and collaborate with sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative‑negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated to achieve set goals.
• Good communication and ability to share information.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical capability to perform hard work in fast‑paced environment, lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs; must be able to move products from stock rooms to store floor and stock shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Albany, OR.
