Responsibilities
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly (we are a prospecting based business)
  • Conduct two open houses a week (this is a great way to meet motivated buyers!)
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards (we work with you to learn professional negotiations)
  • Participate in team activities per team standards (daily power up meeting for accountability support)
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes that fit them!
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers (you will get free coaching from our team)
  • Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport,
listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones, and with the help of our PLACE scripts, you will undoubtedly develop stronger communication. Overcoming objections comes naturally when you understand your value. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Industry experience preferred, but not required with the right individuals.
