Lead Water Mitigation Technician

A growing emergency property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire/smoke and mold remediation has an opening for a Lead Technician. The role involves responding to emergency and non‑emergency restoration calls, providing customer service, managing contracts, estimating, gathering moisture points and recording, performing demolition tasks (tear out drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad), water extraction, and setting equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.).

• Be part of a disaster response team for emergency services from water damage, fire damage and mold remediation.
• Be customer focused.
• Take damage assessments, moisture readings and be able to run a crew.
• Perform water extraction, remedial demolition and drying.
• Must be willing to work outside of "regular" business hours if necessary.
• Continue to improve technical knowledge and personal performance.

• MUST HAVE clean driving record
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week. Overtime available
• Previous experience in restoration for Lead Technicians
• IICRC WTR certification for Lead Technicians (candidate will be certified after probation)
• No experience needed for technicians
• Reliable transportation

We have openings in Corvallis and Salem, Oregon.
