No experience required. You’ll work out in the field helping people recover after water, fire, or mold damage—seeing the results of your work right away. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team, you’ll fit right in.

$19–$25/hr depending on experience.

Full-time with occasional on-call rotation.

• Help respond to water, fire, and mold damage jobs
• Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean up
• Take photos and document work (we’ll show you how)
• Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
• Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

• Reliable and ready to work
• Willing to learn new skills (we train you!)
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Candidate must hold a valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
