Pay$19–$25/hr depending on experience
ScheduleFull-time with occasional on‑call rotation
No experience? We’ve got you covered. We provide paid training and certifications so you can build a real career, not just a job.
Big Plus (But Not Required)Sign on bonus offered - if you have a current IICRC WRT certification!
What You’ll Do- Help respond to properties damaged by water
- Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean up
- Take photos and document work (we’ll show you how)
- Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
- Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Reliable and ready to work
- Willing to learn new skills (we train you!)
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
- Construction experience is extremely helpful for this role
- Positive attitude and team mindset
Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean 3‑year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
