$19–$25/hr depending on experience

Full-time with occasional on‑call rotation

• Help respond to properties damaged by water
• Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean up
• Take photos and document work (we’ll show you how)
• Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
• Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

• Reliable and ready to work
• Willing to learn new skills (we train you!)
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
• Construction experience is extremely helpful for this role
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean 3‑year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
