Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks an HVAC Lead Technician to support high-profile commercial properties. You will lead HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for complex building systems, ensuring reliability, comfort, and energy efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, managing preventive maintenance programs, optimizing BAS performance, and coordinating contractors. You'll uphold safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation standards while partnering with property and sustainability teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily HVAC operations, troubleshooting, and repairs across assigned commercial facilities to ensure optimal building performance and tenant comfort.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handlers, rooftop units, pumps, VAVs, and related controls per JLL and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and retrofits.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, assign work orders, review completed tasks, and promote a safety-first culture.
- Monitor building automation systems (BAS) to optimize energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and system reliability.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, logs, and asset documentation using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Support capital planning by assessing equipment condition, recommending upgrades, and assisting with project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, environmental regulations, and JLL policies, including refrigerant handling and safety procedures.
- Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed to resolve critical HVAC issues and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with property management, engineering, and sustainability teams to deliver high-quality client service and continuous improvement.
