Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. seeks a Specialist, Electrician to support commercial properties by performing installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. You will troubleshoot power distribution, lighting, and controls; complete preventive maintenance; respond to service requests; and support energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with facility teams to ensure uptime, safety, and code compliance in a client-focused, performance-driven environment with opportunities for growth and continual learning.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure tenant satisfaction
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on power distribution, lighting, and controls
- Support energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives across assigned facilities
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and company safety standards, including lockout/tagout
- Respond to work orders and emergencies using CMMS and follow documentation standards
- Coordinate with facility management, vendors, and other trades on projects and repairs
