Benton County is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Program Specialist.
JOB SUMMARYJoin the Benton County Behavioral Health Division and play a key role in strengthening the systems that support high-quality behavioral health services for our community. This position serves as a vital link between clinical teams, information systems; ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and reliable technological support across the division. Hybrid Work OptionThe responsibilities of this position are such that the successful candidate may be able to perform some assignments remotely following Benton County's Telework Policy and as the needs of the division allows. However, a fully remote work environment is not an option. The initial training period will require a period of on-site presence to gain understanding of job expectations and responsibilities.

- Annual salary range of:
- $51,012 - $73,130
- This position is eligible for two salary raises within the first year as long as your performance is in good standing!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Associate’s degree or two-year technical certificate; and
- 2 years of progressively responsible experience in position or specialization.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted. Applicants must have at least 6 months of work experience to receive equivalency.
