River Bend Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready‑Mix Truck Driver in Corvallis, OR.

• Location:
  
  Corvallis, OR; may travel to various job sites in the area based on business demands.
• Wage: $24 – 30/hr DOE with potential overtime during busy season.
• Shift: Primarily 10 hours per day, 5 days per week; may work additional hours, up to 6 days per week as needed.

• Operate the ready‑mix concrete truck safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure safe operational condition.
• Navigate truck ingress, egress, steering, and transmission controls.
• Deliver ready‑mix concrete to construction sites, obeying laws and dispatch instructions.
• Maintain quality of product delivered, including slump measurements.
• Communicate with the dispatcher regarding deliveries and special instructions.
• Load materials safely and obtain necessary signatures.
• Rinse drum and chutes, dump slurry following procedures.
• Collect payments and record transactions on receipts.
• Respond to customer questions on product knowledge and basic construction techniques.
• Monitor gauges, investigate abnormalities, and perform operator maintenance and minor field repairs.
• Record sales and delivery information.
• Maintain operator logs, forms, and records per company policy and DOT regulations.
• Report problems or required repairs to maintenance personnel.
• Keep work area and vehicle clean and orderly.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Assist other team members in production tasks as needed.
• Avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.

• Valid Class B Unrestricted CDL with current DOT medical card.
• Ability to operate manual transmission.
• Safety‑minded professional with good performance, attendance, and punctuality.
• Must pass pre‑employment physical exam and controlled substance testing.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to conform to and maintain OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and other company or state regulations.
• Must have current U.S. authorization to work or be able to obtain it before the start date.

The employee is frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands to signal and handle equipment. They may stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above the shoulders, and lift or move objects up to 50‑75 lbs.
