We are seeking a Scheduler/Receptionist to join our team. This is an ideal role for someone who works well in an evolving environment, enjoys learning new things, and is passionate about helping their community. Key Responsibilities Scheduling
  • Must have Excellent Telephone Etiquette
  • Call Efficiency- able to classify and disposition calls effectively- scheduling appointments via Outlook- transferring calls, etc…
  • Strong Communicator- good listener- creative problem solver- customer service focused!
Reception
  • Greet and direct our clients and visitors with professional and gracious demeanor. Assist with intake process and manage office traffic.
Clerical/Administrative Duties
  • Learn and utilize Medicare Health Insurance websites and Agency information platforms.
  • Maintain client files using CRM system and excel spreadsheet, order and maintain supplies
  • Assist with correspondence and mailing-
Qualifications
  • Scheduling Experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Phone etiquette and efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A positive attitude with a desire to help others and make a difference.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen actively and engage with others effectively.
Ideal Candidates will have prior experience in one or more of the following
  • Dental/hospital office (billing, receptionist, etc.)
  • Home health aide
  • Office/administrative assistant
  • Insurance Agency Customer Service
  • Other customer service roles
Education

High school diploma/associate’s degree

Pay Range

$15.00- $22.00 per hour

Hours

35-hour workweeks, with additional hours available starting in October 2026
