Overview
Receiving/Quality Assurance/Customer Service Team Member at Classic Auto Supply. This position involves a variety of assignments including receiving parts, handling quality assurance, processing orders, kit assembly, assisting with shipping, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities- Providing the highest quality customer service at all times
- Receiving of parts and materials
- Assist with order processing
- Kit Assembly
- Assist with the shipping process
- Other duties as assigned
- HS diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Computer knowledge and skill using internet, email
- Honest, dependable, reliable, detail oriented and trustworthy
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Car enthusiast that is eager and willing to learn
- Experience or education in parts sales business
- Knowledge and or experience of Ford Part number system is a bonus
- Understanding of systems of vehicles
- Understanding of UPS, USPS or Fed Ex shipping
This can be a full or part time position. Pay is based on experience.
