Overview

Teller - Member Service Representative at CES Credit Union in Coshocton, OH is a part-time role to join our team. We are seeking a customer service-focused individual who values contributions and provides quality service to members.

• Serve as the initial contact for customers and make a positive first impression.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Provide information about available products and services and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Follow all credit union policies and procedures and monitor for potential security risks.
• Contribute to member relationships by treating customers as people, not numbers.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service and cash-handling experience
• Proficiency with computers and office equipment
• Strong math skills

This part-time position averages 27–29 hours per week, with hours Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am–6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
