Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients with various mental health conditions
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (preferred) in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• Licensure as a therapist in Ohio
• Knowledge of coding for insurance billing purposes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and treatment plans
