Overview

Outpatient Therapist Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group sessions using evidence-based practices
  • Conduct sessions in the home, community, and office settings
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients with various mental health conditions
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field (preferred)
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in mental health or social services is strongly preferred

Pay: $26,640.00 – $53,280.00 per year
