Shifts : Tuesday at 10pm to Thursday at 10pm.

• Providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community.
• Teaching individuals to complete tasks.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as housekeeping, meal and menu preparation, grocery shopping, and day‑to‑day finances.
• Assisting with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and positioning when necessary.
• Providing transportation for the individual to delegated activities such as doctor appointments, outings, shopping, and vacations.
• Documenting and administering medication and health‑related tasks.
• Reporting to supervisor any suspected need for medical attention, evidence of abuse, neglect, or other health and safety issues.
• Building a trusting relationship and becoming a friend and trusted support.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License (with fewer than six points)
• Reliable transportation with current proof of state minimum auto insurance; most positions require use of personal automobile during work hours
