STNA ​/ CNA ​/ CHHA - Home Health Agency - Part-Time or Full Time

TITLE:

Home Health Aide (HHA incl. STNA, CNA, PCA, or DoDD DSP) Specializations

• Home Health Aide requirements:
  • Either Active CNA or STNA certification + 1 or more years of paid experience
  • Or +2 or more years of paid home health experience for HHA or PCA without certification.
• DSP (Direct Support Professional) requirements:
  • Active DSP Certification from Ohio DODD + 1 or more years of experience caring for persons with disabilities.
  • Full-Time requires willingness to care for non-DODD clients.
• Additional Medication Certifications, Hoyer lift experience, specific disease-state care experience, etc., are highly desirable but not required.

Coshocton, Ohio and surrounding areas in Coshocton County and adjacent counties within travel radius

• Willingness to travel to clients up to a 30-minute radius (from your home) is required for all Part-Time and Full-Time caregivers.
• Up to 45- or 60-minute client travel radius (from your home) is highly desired for Part-Time caregivers or required for Full-Time caregivers.

• Part-Time available for Immediate Start: approx. 10-24 hours per week
  • Required Shift Availability:
    Weekdays (Monday - Friday) with Daytime Hours (7-9AM Start Time / 3-7pm End Time)
• Full-Time also available, and will include additional clients in/around same service area, with same weekday schedule.
• Flexible hours throughout the week and customizable start and end times available but requires consistent week-to-week availability.
• Additional Clients/Hours may be available during Weekdays as well as Weekends if Full-Time schedule is desired (requires immediate start with Part-Time clients, building up over 30-60 days).

• STNA: $16 - $19 per hour
• CNA / CHHA / DSP: $15 - $18 per hour
• HHA (non-certified): $15-$16 per hour

Hourly Pay is based on experience, travel, qualifications and certifications, skill specializations, positive employment & job tenure history, positive professional references, and overall client & team fit. HCN pays weekly, on Fridays, via direct deposit into your bank account.

• 1+ year of verifiable experience in home care or caregiving setting.
• Successful completion of HCN's written skills test and/or competency evaluation.
