JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Production Operator supports daily manufacturing operations within our hydraulic, lube, and fuel filtration production facility. This role performs assembly, inspection, material handling, and basic machine operation tasks to ensure products are built to specification and production targets are achieved.
- Perform assembly/fabrication to specs; operate equipment; assist with setup/changeovers; meet production targets.
- Inspect parts using tools/visual checks; report defects; support rework; maintain records.
- Move and stage materials; ensure labeling/traceability; maintain organization and workflow.
- Follow safety/PPE policies; maintain clean workspace; report hazards; participate in training.
- Identify improvements; support team; adapt to priorities.
- Ability to follow instructions and specifications; perform basic assembly/fabrication; use measurement tools; identify defects; familiarity with hydraulic/industrial components (plus).
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency; follow standard processes; meet production targets; understand workflow (preferred).
- Ability to adhere to safety standards; recognize and report hazards; escalated issues appropriately.
- Ability to communicate clearly; collaborate effectively; receive and apply feedback.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality; ability to sustain productivity; willingness to take ownership and learn.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical training, vocational education, or coursework in manufacturing or mechanics is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
- Experience in assembly, fabrication, or machine operation is a plus.
- Experience working with engineered or industrial components is beneficial but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged standing and walking on the production floor.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. regularly.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive motion.
- Use of hands and tools for assembly and material handling.
- Exposure to industrial environments, including noise and machinery.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Non‑Exempt (hourly), Part‑time and Full‑time Available.
