The Home Stead Gentle Brook is looking for experienced nurses to join our new + growing team. Join us in our beautiful brand new 58 bed facility in Coshocton!

Job :

• $27.50/hr
• Full + Part Time Positions

• Must have a clean background check & drug screen
• Must have an Ohio driver license
• Must have a current and valid Ohio LPN license
• Must have experience working in assisted living or long term care facility
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and staff

• Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift
• Assist in supervision of the nurse aides during his/her shift
• Provide education and guidance to the staff as needed
• Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes
• Maintain a professional relationship with the medical professionals of the facility
