• Follow the outlined sales process to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Know the Great Sales Process
• Qualify and advise customers by asking probing questions and providing information on products and services offered, building confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
  • Write down numbers to show how much they will save in a year’s time.
  • Switch all contacts, pictures, emails, etc.
• Making follow‑up calls using the Smile & Dial tool to check in with customers and offer additional products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, needs, and/or problems.
  • Troubleshoot devices
• Maintain strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features while staying current on competitors’ offers.
• Smile & Dial: minimum of 20 calls per workday.
• Complete and attend on‑ and off‑site training and workshops.
• Opening, closing, and operating the store.
• Perform cash and inventory counts and verification.
• Assist in maintaining a presentable store appearance and other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time (7 hours or more on the sales floor).
