Overview

Accounts Payable Specialist - 3-4 Month Contract

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Pay: $30/hr-$35/hr

• Full cycle AP with heavy 3-way matching
• High volume invoice processing
• Work within large scale P2P/ERP systems (Oracle Fusion + Net Suite experience preferred)
• Perform data analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivots)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support process cleanup following ERP implementation

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years AP experience (including 3 way match)
• Experience in large companies
• Manufacturing or distribution industry background
• Strong Excel skills
• Self starter who thrives in fast paced environments
