DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Reviews vendor statements and researches any missing items or discrepancies Reviews new vendor paperwork to get them set up in multiple systems
- Collects and organizes employee expenses for posting to general ledger
- Assists with bank account and other balance sheet reconciliations monthly
- Manages the monthly billing process for other revenue
- 1-2 years of Accounting Clerk or Associate experience
- 2-3 of high volume Accounts Payable experience
