Join a growing project management and construction consulting firm where you'll own Procore Financials, help shape financial processes, and work on commercial hospitality and retail development projects from start to finish.
Overview:- Own client and vendor contracts in Procore Financials
- Manage job costing, contract administration, vendor billing support, and lien waivers
- Work within Procore Financials + Quick Books Online integration
- Partner with Operations, Project Managers, and Accounting to improve financial processes
- Hands-on Procore Financials experience (required)
- 3+ years of Project Accounting in construction, owner's rep, subcontractor, or construction management
- Experience with job costing, contracts, and lien waivers
- Estimating an $80K–$100K salary (negotiable based on experience)
- Growth potential into Financial Operations or Project Controls
Must live in the area and be willing to commute to the office as needed.
