The Role
Experienced Associates in our Private Accounting Solutions Practice serve on various client service teams supporting executives, entrepreneurs, and business entities. Associates receive formal and on‑the‑job training to develop technical accounting skills.
Responsibilities- Perform accounting and general ledger functions.
- Prepare account reconciliations and financial statements.
- Conduct basic accounting research and produce written conclusions.
- Participate in formal training, on‑the‑job coaching, and receive direct feedback from industry leaders; pursue additional training through internal and external resources.
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s and/or relevant advanced degree – Accounting, Finance, Economics or related (Preferred).
- Minimum GPA: 3.0.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Self‑starter with initiative to seek opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through written and verbal communication.
- Proficient use of technology.
Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package. For Orange County, CA, the expected salary range is $82,000 – $90,000. Compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, and skill set.
