Senior Accounts Payable Manager

Overview

Well established and growing organization targeting an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join the team!

Role is hybrid OC

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 + bonus

• Manage the accounts payable function across multiple entities.
• Oversee outsourced and offshore AP teams and workflows.
• Lead AP month-end close activities.
• Manage vendor setup, maintenance, and invoice processing.
• Process ACH, wire, and check payments.
• Oversee corporate credit cards, expense reporting, and Concur administration.
• Reconcile expenses and maintain accurate AP records.
• Generate aging reports and monitor outstanding liabilities.
• Partner with accounting leadership on process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support audits, tax payments, and special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience with Concur is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
