Advantex Professional Services in Costa Mesa/Long Beach is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with 5+ years of full-cycle, high-volume AP experience for a hybrid, temp-to-hire role.
You will process high-volume invoices, manage 3-way matching with POs, code invoices, process weekly payments (checks, ACH, wires), reconcile statements, and assist with month-end close. Strong ERP and Excel skills are required.
