- Validate financial data migrated from People Soft into Oracle Fusion.
- Compare accounting reports generated from both ERP systems to ensure balances, totals, and financial information reconcile accurately.
- Perform detailed financial reconciliations using Excel.
- Identify discrepancies, research variances, and communicate findings to Accounting, IT, and the ERP implementation team.
- Verify that migrated financial data accurately reflects historical accounting records.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and financial system validation activities.
- Document testing results, issues, and resolutions.
- Work closely with accounting staff to ensure expected financial outcomes are achieved in Oracle Fusion.
- Support ongoing ERP implementation testing throughout the migration process.
- Maintain organized documentation using Microsoft Teams and shared file repositories.
