Job Title: Data Entry Analyst
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22 per hour
AboutThe Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Analyst to join our team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing scheduling requests and ensuring data accuracy within our internal systems. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong computer proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions- Process scheduling requests from clients, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Enter new and rescheduled job requests into our database (SPOT).
- Execute all requests and new settings within established timelines to meet SLAs.
- Manage direct billing setup for insurance carriers accurately.
- Handle Portal/Hopper requests.
- Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients.
- Identify data deficiencies or errors and correct them promptly.
- Respond to information requests and access relevant files as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Litigation support experience is a plus.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
