Account and administrative clerk​/assistant

• Responsible for accounting functions (AR, AP, bank rec, etc.)
• Responsible for recording construction income to Accounting system
• Assist in helping HR matters and payroll
• General duties of Administrative Assistant, handling telephone calls, outdoor duties
• Report duties to managers and support supervisors whenever necessary
• Perform ad‑hoc duties and assignments

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines would be preferred
• Professional qualifications like LCCI or other related disciplines would be preferred
• Relevant experience with Construction would be preferred
• Proficient in MS office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• With strong sense of responsibility
• Initiative, self‑motivated, well organized and be a good team player
• Immediate available would be preferred
