Our company is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them in person, via phone, or email, and assisting them with their needs. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Process customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and elevate issues as needed to the appropriate department or person.
- Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accuracy of reservations and billing information.
- Maintain customer records and update the company's database with relevant information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, such as a computer, printer, and scanner.
- Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
