Job Description- Must have Experience and Knowledge in planning, working, coordinating trade shows.
- A marketing or meeting planning certificate.
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Must have knowledge of tradeshow industry and coordination.
- Must have organizational skills.
- Able to work in fast paced environment with administrative qualities.
- Knowledge of Oracle.
- Able to work independently or under management as a team member.
- Fast learner and eager to learn more.
- Opening POs and paying invoices.
- Must be proficient in Micro Suite.
- May have to travel to work trade shows, but will be based out of Costa Mesa, CA.
