As a Private Ambassador Assistant, you will serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, helping to deliver an exceptional and personalized experience for our clients. In this role, you will support our Private Ambassador in cultivating and maintaining meaningful relationships, ensuring each interaction reflects the Maison's standards.

Job responsibilities

You will proactively manage client follow-up and day-to-day support needs, ensuring all client requests, and service moments are handled in a timely, seamless, and thoughtful manner. Acting with discretion, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency, you will help anticipate client needs and execute on priorities as directed by the Private Ambassador.

Profile

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Ambassador team by managing priorities, scheduling, client appointments, orders, travel coordination, stakeholder communication, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

As a Private Ambassador Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver an elevated client experience by welcoming Private Ambassador clients and supporting appointments in alignment with Louis Vuitton standards.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including appointment preparation, client communications, product coordination, and sales processing.
  • Manage reservations, consignments, transfers, and client records with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Support product curation and appointment execution to ensure seamless, personalized service.
  • Partner closely with the Private Ambassador team to uphold brand standards and contribute to overall business success.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate with the range of USD $26.00-$30.00 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
