Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support a busy office environment in Costa Mesa, California. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, managing front-office responsibilities, and providing administrative support to a team.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and manage a professional front-desk experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordination.
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support internal teams with clerical and office tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of receptionist or administrative support experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
