Client Service Administrator
As a Client Service Administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best possible service. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and business growth. This is an in-office position with compensation of $33-35/hr with benefits that include: medical, disability, life, 401K, PTO, and holiday pay.
PositionRoles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Build rapport with clients in person and on the phone so that the clients feel valued
- Oversee the client relationship management system.
- Project manager for all Thrivent community and marketing events.
- Ensure the office is always inviting and welcoming
- Point person for the vendors we use for different services
- Provide concierge level client experience in all interactions
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous administrative/secretarial/marketing experience desired
- Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or ability to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
