Responsibilities
  • Supports the Office Services Team with administrative functions
  • Collect, weigh and process outgoing mail
  • Collect, process, sort and distribute incoming and inter-departmental mail
  • Process, sort and distribute incoming express parcels and other deliveries
  • Prepare weigh and process outgoing express parcels using online UPS/Fed-X software
  • Pick up, deliver, and relocate supplies, files, equipment, furniture, etc. for departments, offsite storage and other facilities
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Clean up conference rooms and kitchens daily
  • Purchase and pick up beverages, food and kitchen/office supplies
  • Document reproduction, assembly and quality control
  • Perform special projects and assignments as directed
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, exercise good judgment, be detail-oriented and always maintain professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation Range

$19.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
