Job SummaryBenrich Service Company is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HR Assistant / Office Administrator to support our Human Resources and daily office operations. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors while assisting with HR administration, employee onboarding, office coordination, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with new hire onboarding, employee paperwork, and HR administrative tasks
- Support payroll by reviewing timecards and assisting with employee records
- Help employees with benefits information, onboarding questions, and company systems
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism
- Greet visitors and maintain office security procedures
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain office, breakroom, and supply inventories
- Coordinate office meetings, lunches, employee recognition, and company events
- Assist with customer appreciation programs and communications
- Maintain confidential employee and company information
- Collection's tasks including contacting customers regarding past-due accounts, processing payments, maintaining accurate collection records, resolving billing inquiries, coordinating with management to support timely account resolution while providing excellent customer service
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
- Previous experience in office administration, administrative support, receptionist, or HR assistant role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general office software
- Experience with employee onboarding, payroll support, or HR administration is a plus
- Dependable with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive, professional attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office
