We're looking for a Document Scanner / Document Prep Associate to join a growing team that helps convert paper records into digital files. What You'll Be Doing:- Preparing paper documents for scanning
- Removing staples, paper clips, sticky notes, and other attachments
- Organizing and sorting files
- Ensuring documents are properly prepared and in the correct order
- Maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the scanning process
- Lifting and moving boxes of documents (up to 35 lbs. occasionally)
- Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and instructions
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
- Previous warehouse, production, data entry, clerical, or document management experience is a plus, but not required

This job will pay a range of $17.50 - $21.00 per hour.
