This is a fully onsite position based in Orange County. The Venue & Event Producer for Orange County supports the Venue & Event Manager in achieving venue sales goals, managing event operations, and ensuring seamless planning and execution of events held at a dedicated venue space. This role plays a key part in planning and managing events from contract to completion, while supporting daily venue operations, assisting with bookings, and delivering exceptional client service.
As a key member of the sales team, this leader is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on relationship builder who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑touch environments. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software.
- 3–5 years of experience in catering, hospitality, sales, or event coordination roles.
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Current California Food Handler’s card required.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record required.
$25–$27 Per Hour (Depending on experience), Full Time + Commission
