Japanese Bilingual Sales Support Specialist

Staffmark -  - Responsibilities:
Process complex purchase orders, track global shipments, and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and technical components;
Apply knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP) to verify shipping documentation, manage commercial invoices, and resolve supply chain discrepancies;
Manage daily business communications and coordinate logistics pipelines with manufacturing plants, suppliers, and executive headquarters in Japan;
Provide high-level administrative support to the Business Development team, including preparing comprehensive commercial quotations, tracking client inventory levels, and managing sample evaluations;
Maintain flawless records of trading transactions, customer accounts, and compliance documentation within corporate systems, ensuring absolute precision and no operational gaps
