About The JobWe are looking for a Program Manager to join our rapidly growing People PM Team. From talent acquisition to compensation, you'll dive deep into our critical workflows, emerging as the directly accountable owner for key People Programs. With your strong foundation in project management, a keen understanding of data analysis, and ability to build trust across the business, you will drive program initiatives, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company.
WhatYou'll Do
- Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
- See projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward.
- Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
- Use qualitative and quantitative skill set to tackle complex problems with strong analytical thinking to design key analyses that influence operational decisions.
- Build trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
- Communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization, crafting compelling narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes and alignment.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
