RIMEPRO INC is seeking a detail-oriented Multifamily Estimator to join our preconstruction team in California. You will prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for multifamily projects ranging from $5M to $50M+ and collaborate with project managers, architects, and owners.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor, strong knowledge of multifamily construction, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Procore, and On-Screen Takeoff.
